If you are in Australia the best way to start is to book an appointment and visit our Bridal Studio in Brisbane (Bardon) and talk to our stylist. If you are overseas we can communicate via email, skype or facetime.
ORDERING YOUR DRESS
For any queries you have about ordering your dream dress, as well as production timelines, policies and delivery dates.
Delivery cost and time (we deliver worldwide);
Australia wide; We Deliver for free within Australia, once your dress is shipped you will receive tracking number. Signature required upon delivery. For queries or special requests please email us.
International; $30-$100 with tracking and express courier. We use UPS for International deliveries, they are incredibly quick and reliable. You will be provided with a tracking number. This can take between 7-10 business days depending on location, and signature will be required upon delivery.
Orders shipped internationally will incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. It is illegal to not declare the contents of your parcel. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
